After defeating South Alabama Saturday at Aggie Memorial Stadium, the NMSU Aggie football team (6–6, 4–4) has officially accepted an invitation to the Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl in Tucson, Arizona. The game will mark the Aggies’ first bowl appearance since 1960, and will finally snap the longest-running bowl drought in college football. The Aggies will face the Aggies of Utah State University (6–6, 4–4). Kickoff is set for Friday, Dec. 29, at 3:30 p.m. at Arizona Stadium on the University of Arizona campus.
