New Mexico State continues to roll through its competition. The Aggies extended their win streak to 17 today by crushing Chicago State. Chicago State stood tall in the first half, but NMSU started the second half with a 16-0 run to build momentum.The Aggies will play UTRGV Friday.

The Vaqueros showed no mercy over Bakersfield today. Bakersfield has one more shot at winning the WAC Tournament title next year before it moves to the Big West.
Game 3 – Quarterfinals (Men)

The UMKC Kangaroos held the lead for most of the game, but the Wolverines clawed their way out of a hole to snatch one from the ‘Roos. The Grand Canyon student section showed up early and cheered on the ‘Roos, but it wasn’t enough to lift UMKC to victory.
Game 4 – Quarterfinals (Men)

Another come-from-behind win rounded out the final game of Day 2 of the 2019 WAC Basketball Tournament. Grand Canyon was down heading into the second half, but the GCU student section (aka the Havocs) was loud and proud and cheered the Antelopes to victory.

The New Mexico State Aggies will face off against the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros on Friday at 6 p.m. PST at Orleans Arena. The Utah Valley Wolverines will play the Grand Canyon ‘Lopes immediately afterward at 8:30 p.m. PST. The winners of the two Friday games will play each other in the final Saturday, March 16, at 7 p.m. PST.
